“My Success Story”Hi everyone. My name is Nur Iman Aqila Binti Alwani and I come from a small town in Sandakan, Sabah. My father works as an estate manager while my mother works as a purchasing officer. My hobbies include reading novels and poetry, listening to music and cooking.I just completed my Diploma in Health Science at Vision College but it could have turned out very differently. Initially upon receiving the offer, I was actually very reluctant to go because I have never been away from home for a prolonged period of time. It felt like a scene in those horror movies where you don’t know what is coming but you are sure it was going to scare the daylights out of you. That was how I felt at first.Anyhow, I decided to take the leap of faith and my life has changed for the better ever since. I have met many new and kind people, learned different cultures and participated in many fun activities during my time at Vision College. However, there were also times where I faced certain difficulties or got stressed but fortunately, my lovely parents were always there to motivate and support me. One of the most important life lessons I acquired during my time here is to never give up, no matter how hard it is as there will always be a solution.As I look back today, I can safely say that I made the right choice.”
